Create SEPA file with Excel or Access

You have created an administration program in Excel for your club or manage incoming and outgoing payments in Excel, Access or other software with a csv export function and want to process your payments using the new SEPA format in the future? Does your bank want to force you into overpriced software for which you have to buy an expensive update every two years? Are you looking for a simple and inexpensive solution without this difficult to use and complicated banking software? Then you are exactly right here. Ex-Sepa is now in productive use in over 6 countries including Switzerland.

In the free download area or at the magazine externer Linkc't (Excel to SepaXML converter) you can download Ex-Sepa and of course test it extensively.

The performance features of Ex-Sepa are clearly summarized here.

By the way: You can save yourself additional programs such as SFirm or StarMoney at most banks, the financial transactions can be imported directly via the bank website using the SEPA XML files generated. Always ask your bank how you can submit Sepa XML files first.

Unfortunately, many bank branches no longer know what customer service means and leave customers out in the cold. Here cheap is really cheap .... The customer then has to bear the costs by having to buy the home banking software himself. A free account isn't everything.
